Each product is accompanied by a description sheet that includes photos, prices, headings, available sizes (we offer three standard sizes for curtains, and custom sizes are also available upon request), colors, materials, patterns, weights, and quantities. There may be minor differences between the product and its photos, particularly depending on the user's screen color gamut, resolution, and color definition.

2.4 Sophora Déco commits to delivering products in compliance with EU regulations, especially those pertaining to controlled chemical substances, ensuring that they meet the requirements related to human safety and health.

Price

3.1 The product prices are expressed in US Dollars and include taxes and standard express shipping fees. The value-added tax (VAT) applied is the VAT in effect within the territory of the United States on the day the order becomes effective.

3.2 The total price is displayed on the Sophora Déco website and is confirmed to the customer upon order verification. The settlement price, conveyed to the customer in the form of an order summary before order confirmation, is calculated based on the product price, expedited express shipping fees, and applicable product discounts.

3.3 We reserve the right to change product prices at any time, and any changes to our product prices will not be separately notified.

3.4 We commit to using the prices displayed on the website at the time of your order. However, if a product price is displayed incorrectly or at an obviously absurd (low) price for any reason, such as computer errors, manual input errors, technical glitches, etc., the order will be canceled even after our confirmation, and you will be notified promptly. Shipping

6.1 The delivery time for products consists of two parts: production time and shipping time. You can choose the start date of production and the delivery date to determine when you will receive the products.

6.2 After placing an order, we will customize the products based on the size you've chosen, with an estimated production time of 7 to 14 business days.

6.3 There are two delivery options: standard express and expedited express. The estimated shipping time for standard express is 7 to 10 business days, while expedited express has an estimated shipping time of 4 to 6 business days.

6.4 The delivery times displayed on the website are only estimates, and we do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary based on specific circumstances.

6.5 For delays or non-delivery resulting from actions or situations beyond our control (including but not limited to COVID-19, supplier delays, adverse weather, natural disasters, government actions, war, invasion or hostile acts, riots or civil unrest, strikes, power outages, telecommunication failures, or other events beyond reasonable control), Sophora Déco bears no responsibility or obligation, and it will not be considered a breach of contract.

6.6 You must provide accurate recipient shipping addresses and phone numbers and sign for the delivery. Failure to do so may result in reshipment costs.

6.7 Transfer of Risk: The risk of damage, loss, and deterioration of the products transfers to you upon delivery and receipt of the products.

Inspection of Goods

7.1 You are required to inspect the received products for compliance with your requirements at the time of delivery. Any exceptions related to the delivery, such as damaged packaging, missing products, damaged products, products not matching the order, or any other anomalies, must be reported to us within the legal time frame following the delivery.   • Routine maintenance of motorized curtains and their accessories, including charging and battery replacement;

8.4 These Conditions apply only to the original customer, if you sell or transfer the Goods, the Sophora Déco warranty obligations cease.

8.5 If you require warranty service, please include your name, address, description of the problem, order date and date of the problem, send an e-mail to contact@sophoradeco.com, and we will arrange a repair service as soon as possible.

Shipping, Tariffs, Duties, and Taxes
