Manufacturing time

All our curtains are personalized. After you place an order, we will start manufacturing according to the size you provide. Processing time is 7-14 business days (excluding weekends). More information, you can contact customer service.

1. The estimated transit time is affected by the selected shipping method and does not include supplier delays or disruptions in services and weather conditions.

2. For express delivery, you must provide the exact delivery address and recipient's phone number, and a signature will be required upon delivery.

Shipping

Sophora Déco offers worldwide shipping. The recipient named on the shipping address will be the importer of the purchased product and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. All items purchased from Sophora Déco are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and ownership for these items are transferred to the buyer upon our delivery to the carrier.

Tariffs, Duties, and Taxes

The goods purchased may be subject to import taxes, duties, and charges in the destination country or state, which are levied after the arrival of the goods in the recipient's country. It is the responsibility of the recipient to contact local customs for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, delays beyond the Sophora Déco initial delivery estimates may result. Typically, Sophora Déco is responsible for customs clearance fees, but for separately shipped sample orders and customs clearance fees in individual specific cases, the recipient is responsible, and Sophora Déco has no control or predictability over these costs.
